About the Program
WAIT House operates a Rapid Rehousing Program for individuals and families currently experiencing homelessness and a Homelessness Prevention program for those facing eviction or at-risk of homelessness. Our housing programs help clients to locate and keep safe, affordable permanent housing.
Who is eligible?
Individuals and families of all ages in Warren and Washington Counties who are experiencing or are at-risk of homelessness and meet the minimum eligibility qualifications set forth by HUD.

Our housing programs are open to all eligible individuals and families, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability. Walk-ins, drop-offs, and referrals are all assessed and screened to identify needs, eligibility and appropriateness.
